Yes, it is true though that some take this issue to a whole new level. They tape things they should not tape. They make it of public display, which causes the person being taped to be very embarrassed. This is why there are so many laws out there that protect you against this. Some have been caught doing some pretty ugly and disgusting things to people who have been exploited. That is something that the government will not tolerate and you should not as well.
When you have so much uses for stock footage that is when more cameras are made. You too could find your own personal use for this sort of footage. It has done others a whole lot of good.
